Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your KMX skateboard or roller skate for a full refund.
- Condition Requirements: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and free of damage (excluding manufacturing defects).
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized boards/skates for special needs are only returnable if they have manufacturing defects.
- Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we provide a pre-paid label. For non-eligible returns, you are responsible for shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
