To initiate a return for your KMX skateboard or roller skate, please follow these steps:
- Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is unused, in original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from delivery.
- Contact Support: Email our after-sales team at [support@kmxskateboards.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged).
- Receive Return Label: Once your request is approved, we’ll send a pre-paid return label to your registered email. Ship the Item: Pack your product securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- Process Refund: We’ll inspect the returned item and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Note: Customized or special-needs boards/skates are eligible for return only if they have manufacturing defects.
