Warranty Duration: All KMX skateboards and roller skates are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covered Defects: This warranty applies to manufacturing issues such as delaminated wooden decks, broken trucks, defective wheels, or faulty skate buckles.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
- Warranty Claims: To file a claim, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect. We will either repair the item, replace it, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
